The drawback to any book written by a fitness trainer is the author's obvious avoidance of writing himself out of a job。 Waterson is maddeningly vague in some aspects (for example, during cardio sets, should I be pedaling away on the stationary bike as if I was racing for my life or should I just softly spin my legs? Is there an ideal heart rate I should strive for?) but I also understand his need to make a living after the publication of his book, so instead I'll focus on what secrets Waterson The drawback to any book written by a fitness trainer is the author's obvious avoidance of writing himself out of a job。 Waterson is maddeningly vague in some aspects (for example, during cardio sets, should I be pedaling away on the stationary bike as if I was racing for my life or should I just softly spin my legs? Good general info but lacking Good general info and examples of individual workouts but I would have liked to have seen an overview of how each workout fits into the big picture of the actors program。 For example Daniel Craig's upper body workout was shown as 2 days per week but it wasn't explained how this fits into Daniels rest of his program。 I。e。 how many days lower body? How many days on other activities such as recovery, martial arts, stunt training etc。 This was perpetuated throughout。 I Good general info but lacking Good general info and examples of individual workouts but I would have liked to have seen an overview of how each workout fits into the big picture of the actors program。 For example Daniel Craig's upper body workout was shown as 2 days per week but it wasn't explained how this fits into Daniels rest of his program。 I。e。 how many days lower body?
